this is one of the photos that has the broken bit of the camera at the top. it is not too noticeable in this one though.
I am responding to some of the comments you had left on my photos now, just so know so what i write does not seem so random.
that is great that sage and euan have the same birthday, maybe a joint birthday party will be in order some day.
there are not really many fountains here. i think there is one at edinburgh castle, i can't think of any others really. i think fountains are beautiful, but I would never drink out of one here, there are too many idiots about who would pee and do who knows what else in the fountains. glasgow seems so rough and dirty to me sometimes.
as for our plans for a family, we definitely would like to start one and welcome a wee mcarthur much sooner than later. probably while we are over here in the next few years sometime. it scares me at times the though of having a baby here so far from home and with the nhs and without all the people i really on for support other than euan, but oh well, i am sure i would be stronger for the experience as well.
i started my photography class this past week. I think it is going to be great! we are going to do digital and work in photoshop and spend 3 weeks or so on film and process it and everything! I can't wait, it will be a good challenge for me. it is so different from any class I have ever taken.
What a beautiful temple! Seeing the temple just gives a feeling of being home. Don't you think?
It definitely can be hard being away from family and having kids. I wish that both my parents and Sage's mom lived closer so they could see Maebe more often. Maebe has been constantly asking to go to Grandma's house ever since we left last week. I wish we could go more often. Luckily my mom will be here for 7 weeks starting next week, so we'll get to see her lots. She's taking some classes at the U.
Speaking of classes, I'm so excited for you and your photo class. It sounds like it is gonna be a lot of fun. I loved developing when I took photography in high school. Keep me posted on how it goes.
