  1. cheesy? yes. but it is true. euan has played the role of all the people i am missing right now. he has done his best to help fill any voids and gaps. i am for sure most thankful for him this thanksgiving.

we just got back from thanksgiving at euan's aunt & uncles. it was really great. it was nice to have a thanksgiving dinner with more family than just us. we had our own wee one on thanksgiving and it was quite nice.

we finished up the holga roll this week and are taking it in to get developed tomorrow. and we are right now as i type working on our felt stockings. i am so excited for the holidays!

hope thanksgiving was great for you down south!
    much love!

  2. Even though it has to be so hard to be away from the rest of your family, what a blessing it is too! It sounds like you are learning to cleave unto Euan and rely on one another more than on any other people in your life. That is such an important part of marriage. I know that Sage and I have been able to do that over the years as well, and it has strengthened our marriage so much. Actually one of the girls I VT is having marital troubles and I think a lot of it has to do with the fact that she goes to her mom and friends for help rather than her husband. Anyhow, Euan sounds like an amazing husband (I had a feeling he would be). Good on you.

You will have to post pictures of your stockings when they are done. I'm so excited to decorate our house. I think we will do it this weekend. Have a Very Merry Christmas season!

    Love ya!
