  2. Thanks! I loved taking those shots (I took multiples of the Gnome and Maebe that I'll have to do a bonus post on soon). I really want to get downtown or somewhere cool and different to get some more shots. I'm amazed though what kind of things I've found around the yard that have made for some good photos. Plus Maebe is always a good subject.

So we took Maebe trick or treating for the first time last night. She loved it. It was a lot of fun. There was one house that we went to that the guy gave her about 5 huge handfuls of candy, plus a couple normal sized candy bars AND 2 giant pixie sticks. We were set after that. We still need to get a picture of us all dress up together.

I've been trying to be more frugal, and get our food storage together. At times it seems overwhelming, but the challenge is also very exciting. I just love it when I find amazing deals.

I'm also getting so excited for the holidays. I want to make most of my presents this year, and keep it low key. There is freedom and excitement in doing so.

We went on a walk this evening. Mount Olympus looked so beautiful. The harvest moon was full and bright in the east, as the sun was setting in the west. It was yucky and snowy the rest of the week, so that was my moment in nature this week.

Feeling a little overwhelmed with getting stuff made for the upcoming events I have (and the holiday rush in general). I hope I do a little better this week. I've been finding lots of inspiration, now I just need to put some of it into fruition.

That's that for now. I think I'm gonna go read my book.
